Nutrition

...to support the holistic healing process and body regeneration...
Knowledge through experience
New groups will start again from January 2027.
at Dance Point Wolfsberg
and in Leoben
In the "Rediscovering Me" Nutrition/Detoxification workshop series, I share my many years of personal experience with detoxification through the consumption of freshly squeezed juices and smoothies (without additives), as well as topics related to nutrition.
Integrating freshly squeezed juices and smoothies into everyday life can be used to:
-
to support one's own holistic healing process
-
to expand perception and gain clarity (as support for consciousness work)
-
to save digestive energy and instead make this energy available for the body's regeneration and repair processes.
The goal of the "Rediscovering Me" Nutrition/Detoxificatoin workshop series is to strengthen your own skills in the areas of nutrition and detoxification, so that you can accompany and support yourself.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PROGRAM
